Mrs. Hoolihan in the kitchen

Helen H's Triple Surprise
1 package lime jello
1 package cherry jello
1 package peach jello
1/2 cup candy corn
1/2 cup celery
1/2 cup capers
Combine all ingredients. Chill until set.



Tomato Aspic Ala Hoolihan
3 large tomatoes
1 package plain gelatin
1 tin sardines
1 cup minature marshmallows
1 cup walnuts (optional)
Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Stir in other ingredients and chill until set.
A family favorite! Makes 4 servings (although most people find this very
rich so they take MUCH smaller helpings.)




Helen's Aspic Ratio
1 package lime jello
1 grapefruit
1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup pureed turnips
3/4 cup grapenuts cereal
Combine jello, grapefruit, and pureed turnips. Chill until set.
Top with cottage cheese and grapenuts.
